1. Virender Sehwag

Virender Sehwag was one of the most engaging batsmen ever seen playing the game, renowned as an opener who always sought to cause havoc for opponents on any pitch he graced – turning any pitch into his playground while being an expert at hitting long balls.

Indian Test cricket was known for its powerful Test batting lineup featuring Rahul Dravid, Sachin Tendulkar, VVS Laxman and Saurav Ganguly; these celebrated batsmen often pointed out his numerous flaws in technique as critics repeatedly noted deficiencies with him. His rather inconsistent returns in limited-overs cricket also belied conventional wisdom which associates copybook style of batting with greater success over longer formats.

He became one of the greatest Indian batsmen ever when he scored 114 off 87 balls against Bermuda during 2007 World Cup matches and later played an instrumental part in India’s maiden ODI win against New Zealand, becoming their fastest batsman to reach 3-figure scores this format.

After retiring, he continued his active participation in cricket as both a commentator and scorer on the Indian domestic circuit. He played with Mumbai Indians who won two IPL championships, as well as Delhi Daredevils, Kings XI Punjab, and Rajasthan Royals throughout his career.

Former India opener Amit Sharma recently expressed his appreciation to David Warner on his decision to retire from Test cricket, saying that his aggressive batting kept people interested and entertained.

2. MS Dhoni

Four years ago, MS Dhoni seemed on the cusp of retirement, yet an eye-opening World Cup quarter-final against Australia transformed him and catalysed a remarkable turnaround in his life. That match marked the beginning of MS’ reinvention – now 41-year-old is poised to lead Chennai Super Kings to success as champion; one day even its trophy might bear his name!

But Dhoni is more than a star on the field; off it too. A video showing him at a friend’s birthday party recently left social media abuzz, showing Dhoni eagerly celebrating with cake in hand and an infectious grin on his face – even taking time for an adorable selfie with their son!. He’s made his mark off-field too with his charitable activities. CSK captain and India wicket-keeper Dhoni has shown great generosity towards giving back to the community in various forms, including working with underprivileged children. These efforts have garnered him much praise from members of society.

Dhoni is revered by fans from all across India – even those from rival teams! Stadiums teem with blue hues during IPL matches and terraces draped in Dhoni jerseys during tournament matches; his star power rivals that of Bollywood stars or politicians.

Dhoni has always exuded confidence and character on the pitch despite coming from humble roots. His ability to deal with both defeat and success is legendary; in a sport where egos and prima donnas rule supreme, Dhoni stands out with his cool poise that’s rarely seen today; his humility makes him one of cricket’s finest icons.

3. Shikhar Dhawan

Shikhar Dhawan has long been one of the premier opening batsmen for India in limited-overs cricket, boasting a distinctive batting style which enables him to outscore opponents more frequently. Additionally, he is an excellent fielder and has won various awards – most recently receiving recognition as Player of the Tournament at 2018 Asia Cup tournament with national team India.

He is an exceptional player in T20 format, winning numerous matches for his teams in IPL history and scoring over 5,400 runs during competition. Additionally, his batting record boasts the most sixes and fours by any batsman ever seen in any one IPL season.

Dhawan is a true fan favorite and often can be seen celebrating his successes with them. Recently, when celebrating winning the toss in an ODI against Zimbabwe by dancing with his teammates – which was captured on camera and went viral on social media; even the match referee and commentator burst out laughing when viewing it!

Double XL will mark ace opener Virat Kohli’s Bollywood debut. A still from the film has gone viral online and features him with his iconic haircut and dapper suit – hallmarks of true Hollywood cinema! Directed by Satramm Ramani and set for release November 4, this comedy about two plus-sized women who face unique challenges is expected to hit theatres later this year.

4. Virat Kohli

Virat Kohli is not only an outstanding player on the pitch, but he is also known to be quite dapper off it. From flying out for matches or award functions to walking red carpet events with wife Anushka Sharma – Virat never ceases to dazzle with his impeccable fashion choices!

Indian cricket captain Virat Kohli is an iconic figure, setting trends across fashion, fitness and life in general. Thanks to his outstanding performances on the field and dashing good looks he has amassed an immense fan base quickly.

Kohli is one of the fittest players in cricket and his diet reflects this. He prefers eating healthy, balanced meals rather than junk food and takes extra measures such as taking protein shakes to ensure his body receives all of the essential nutrients.

Kohli makes sure he takes time out for himself outside the gym as well, including playing badminton with two residents from an exclusive residential society in Bengaluru as part of PUMA India’s groundbreaking initiative Let There Be Sport.

Anushka Sharma of Bollywood fame joined him and discussed the importance of including sports and fitness into daily routine. They even hosted an informal mixed doubles badminton match as an incentive to stay active and lead healthy lifestyles.

5. Hardik Pandya

Hardik Pandya is an undeniable fashion icon. While his wardrobe may include some costly brands, his style goes beyond labels. Hardik always dresses himself stylishly and aesthetic when dressing himself up – be it wearing simple dhotis to flashy tuxedos with grace and poise.

His latest look has left everyone with major fashion goals. Recently, he was seen donning a blush pink lehenga with intricately detailed embroidery from top to bottom. The stylized shoulders, sweetheart neckline, and cape-styled dupatta featured stylized shoulders. For additional flair he accessorized it with black tasseled shoes and minimal stud earrings before topping it all off with his black tasseled hat and bold smokey eye makeup look.

He wears it to perfection for any wedding or festive event – his hair pulled back neatly, his sunglasses bold and his brown leather clutch carrying round glasses completed the ensemble – elegant and modern in equal measure!

Hardik Pandya’s move from GT to MI will have far reaching ramifications on team balance, captaincy and IPL 2024 auction purse considerations. GT had already paid 15 crores for his services before this move escalated his value further; some reports indicate they may ask for Rohit Sharma or Ishan Kishan as compensation from MI; however this seems highly unlikely.
